Let’s Talk Bookish: Does Having a Positive Message Automatically Make a Book Good?

Hey, everyone! I hope you’re all doing well. Sorry I’ve been a bit absent this past week. My schedule’s been really busy and I haven’t had a lot of time or energy to complete posts or read anyone else’s. I’m hoping to have a bit more time this next week, it probably won’t happen, but I’ll try. Also, very unrelated, but WordPress updated and its new format for writing posts is kind of throwing me off. Anyways, today I have a Let’s Talk Bookish post and I think this is an interesting topic, so let’s get into it! Let’s Talk Bookish is a weekly meme created by Rukky @ Eternity…

Mini Reviews: A Collection of LGBTQ+ Books in Honor of Pride Month

Hello, everyone! I hope you’re all doing well. I haven’t done a book review in nearly a month, which is kind of surprising, but I wanted to do these reviews as a collection, so I’ve been working on them for a while. These are all from my Pride Month TBR which I set at the beginning of June. Quick disclaimer that there are going to be no unmarked spoilers in any of these reviews. If there are any, they will be marked and hidden. Mid Year Book Freak Out Tag

Hey, everyone! I hope you’re all doing well. Can you believe it’s already mid-2021?! Cause I can’t. I swear 2021 only started a little while ago. I’ve seen a few variations of this tag and I couldn’t possibly answer all the prompts, so I did the ones that I wanted to talk about. General Books read: 28Reading goal: 28/75Average rating: 4.2Most read genre: Contemporary I am pretty behind on my reading goal, as you can see. I’ve never tracked my reading before, but now that I am, it’s actually a lot of fun. Making spreadsheets is very satisfying and it suits my liking of perfection. I’m kind of surprised that…

June Wrap-Up | An Uneventful but Productive(ish) Start to Summer Break

This post is later than usual, I know. I kind of forgot that June was ending and I also procrastinated, so this wrap up comes almost a week late. Also, did I say another month could pass by? We’re already half way through 2021. Craziness. June was pretty uneventful, but it was still pretty good. BOOKS READ I managed to read 5(ish) books this months! It wasn’t great and I only made it through half my TBR for the month (which, evidently, I set way to high), but I think I did okay. I also really enjoyed all the books I read, which was great! Picture Us in the Light…

Hey, everyone! I hope you’re all doing well.
