Get to Know Me From A to Z | 100 Followers Special!

Hey, everyone! I hope you’re all doing well. Today I have my 100 followers special post, an A to Z of me. I know I’ve already said this, but thank you so much for 100 followers! I truly appreciate each and every one of you.

This idea is not original; I’ve seen this on various blogs, the first one being Asic’s, as well as Rachel’s blog and Riddhi’s blog. It looked like a lot of fun, so I added it in as a possible post idea and here it is now.

A – Ambivert – I’m definitely more on the introverted side but I’m not completely an introvert. I’m shy when meeting new people but once I get to know them and grow comfortable around them, I open up. With my closest friends who I’ve known for a long time, I am most definitely not an introvert.

B – Bookworm – It would be shocking if I said anything else. I am almost always seen with a book. I bring a book to school (though I hardly have the time to read it) and yes, it makes my backpack even heavier, but I’m sad if I don’t have it.

replace ‘read’ with ‘bring’ and that basically describes me when packing for a trip

C – Creative – I have a very large and vivid imagination so my brain likes to come up with a bunch of different things when it gets an idea. It’s sometimes a great thing and other times, not so much.

D – Dedicated – With things I care about, I’m really dedicated to them. I’ll put in my best effort and spend a lot of time on them. Blogging, violin, and writing are a few things I’m really dedicated to. (And of course reading but I think that’s pretty obvious.)

E – Easy-going – I’m a pretty relaxed person. I don’t get too riled up by things, unless they’re something I’m really interested in and excited about. Overall, I’m pretty chill, I kind of just go with the flow of things.

F – Fantasy – This isn’t an adjective, but it still describes me a lot. Fantasy is my favorite genre to read and write, I don’t know what I’d do without it. I love the worlds that people are able to create, with such elaborate worldbuilding and complex systems unique to that world. It amazes me what people can think up.

G – Genuine – Almost everything I say is sincere and honest and I try to be as genuine as possible to others. Sometimes, it doesn’t work that way and I might come off sounding a bit sarcastic. I try not to be.

H – Hardworking – I am very hardworking when it comes to things. I almost always put my best effort into projects and things that I do. Sometimes I spend a little too much time on things, but for the most part, all my hard work is worth it.

I – Indecisive – This is probably the only negative thing I’m putting on this list. I am so indecisive when it comes to choosing between important things. I’ll agonize over it and spend more time than necessary on it before finally settling on a choice.

J – Joyful – I’m usually a pretty optimistic person. Though, when it comes to things I’m nervous about, usually involving meeting new people, I always expect the worst. But hey, then I’m pleasantly surprised when it goes better than expected. I guess it’s better to be pleasantly surprised than disappointingly let down, right?

K – Kind – Other people say I’m kind. And I think I am too. I try to be as much as possible.

L – Logical – I think a lot with my head rather than my heart. I sometimes let my emotions choose for me rather than choosing the more reasonable choice, which isn’t always a bad idea. For the most part though, I usually am pretty logical with decisions I make.

M – Musical – I play the violin and I really enjoy it. I also know how to play the ukulele and the Chinese two-string violin, but I don’t play those on a regular basis.

N – Nature Lover – My family has always been big on the outdoors. Hiking, camping, and backpacking are a big part of my life. I love mountain ranges, with a lot of trees and different flora and fauna. The one thing in the wilderness I can absolutely not stand are snakes. Snakes are terrifying.

O – Organized – I have to have everything of mine in some sort of order or it really annoys me. I hate having things that are messy; I enjoy organizing things and making them neat. I keep my room orderly and I usually deem my room messy when something, like my dresser, has a lot of stuff on it.

P – Patient – Most of the time I am. I try to be. I can go a pretty long time without complaining about the wait for something, so I’d say I’m fairly patient.

Q – Quiet – I am definitely on the introverted side, especially with people I don’t know very well. Some people might say I’m not that quiet, but those people are usually ones I’ve known for most of life and am comfortable with.

R – Right-Handed – I am part of the 90 percent of the population that is right-handed. It’s interesting because when I was younger, I did everything with my left hand, then I was ambidextrous for a while, and then I transitioned fully to my right hand. I’m hoping I can learn to be ambidextrous again; I can right somewhat well with my left hand, but my right is definitely better.

S – Short – Yes, I am short. I will be 5 foot 2 inches for the rest of my life. I’m not too disappointed with my height but I do wish I was about an inch taller. It’s hard to find clothes that fit my small body and pants are always too long on me.

T – Teenager – There was probably a better word for this letter, but it’s all I could think of it. I’m fifteen, as of early October.

U – Unassuming – There’s more to me than meets the eye. Like I said earlier, I’m on the quieter side, but once you get to know me, you will find out a lot more about me than what you think. This is true of like, everyone, but still.

V – Valiant – Well, my mom thinks I am. And sometimes I think I am as well, but a lot of the time, I think I’m less confident than I actually am. That’s probably not the best mindset but it all works out.

W – Writer – Another one that should be pretty obvious. I love writing stories, I have been since I was little.

Yes, I skipped x.

Y – Young – Compared to all of my friends, I’m on the younger end for our grade. I’m in 10th grade and people are normally fifteen, which I am, but I had my birthday. Most of my friends turned fifteen at the beginning of the year.

Z – Zodiac: Libra and Year of the Dog – That was a stretch, I know. But it still counts! My astrological sign is Libra, which I somewhat agree with. My Chinese zodiac is the dog since I was born in 2006.

So that’s me in 26 25 words! This was a lot harder to do than I thought, thinking of words that describe me with each letter of the alphabet. And yes, I skipped x; I just couldn’t find anything that described me with that letter. Anyways, I hope you enjoyed getting to know a bit more about me!

How are you all doing? What are some adjectives you would use to describe yourself?
